By partnering with NEXTT: Living Dreams Foundation, ERIKA AUSTIN INC. works hand in hand to help women in India achieve meaning through programs that sharpen their business skills in textile manufacturing. Transforming women out of conditions of simply providing basic needs for their families into confident business women, the Living Dreams Foundation provides a road map and support to women in India to pursue education and business skills that empower them to take their lives into their own hands.

A grassroots level organization headquartered in Syria near Delhi, Living Dreams provides the 25 women it serves with life and business skills while producing high quality garments and stitching, finishing, washing, and pressing in-house for its vendors.  The admiration of Living Dreams vendors makes the goal of these women to become self-sustaining business owners seem attainable.

Donating 10% of sales, ERIKA AUSTIN INC.  aims to also stand as a beacon of hope for women empowerment globally.
